What makes a 5-star lead different from a 3-star?

5-star leads have multiple motivation signals stacked together — high property value ($500k+), significant tax debt ($5k+), and are individual homeowners (not businesses). These sellers are under the most pressure and most likely to list.

Do all leads have phone numbers?

Yes. Every lead on every plan includes the property owner's verified phone number, property address, owner name, and estimated property value. We don't deliver leads without contact info.
